It is a little challenging but one of the most ministry focused positions we have. We are hiring 6 girl Core Counselors and 4 guy core counselors per week. We are looking for full summer commitments in order to create an atmosphere for growth for our younger staff members, our campers, and for yourself. This is a spiritual leadership role where you are the one who is the leader with your assistant or core in training leading the daily devotions, bible memory, and making sure your campers have good hygiene.
