Use your leadership experience and technical skills to oversee radio technology solutions that advance the gospel around the world. Create strategies and methodologies that serve our ministry partners who are or want to use broadcast radio to aid them in the fulfillment of the Great Commission. Direct our Broadcast Solutions Team (BST) in consultations, design, acquisition, and deployment of effective radio broadcasting solutions.

Manage the Broadcast Solutions Team. Lead all radio related projects and partner relationships. Oversee purchasing, transmitter and antenna production, equipment service/repair operations, and shipping logistics. Process and track all equipment orders with radio ministry partners. Ensure quality control across all broadcast equipment production. Oversee the BST annual planning and budgeting processes.

-Called to serve in missions -Trained or experienced in electronics assembly, troubleshooting, and repair -Proficient with electronic test tools and Microsoft Office Suite -Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently -Calm under pressure and dependable with deadlines -A team player with strong communication skills Requirements and Information -A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the gospel -Committed to SonSet Solutions’ Statement of Faith -Full-time position, onsite in Elkhart, Indiana -Financial support-raising required for role (https://sonsetsolutions.org/mpd/)

Here at SonSet Solutions, we use technology to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ worldwide. You could use your electronics and service expertise to help advance the gospel. Assemble, test, repair, service and maintain equipment that empowers our ministry partners to share Christ effectively, as well as support global outreach through technical service and hands-on collaboration. How You Will Serve -Assemble, test, and repair radio broadcast and other electronic equipment -Diagnose and resolve technical issues with electronic systems -Support partners with equipment setup, repair, and training -Assist with installation and service projects remotely and on-site through occasional travel -Specialize in radio automation software and train users -Maintain quality control for all technical services and products -Collaborate with the Broadcast Solutions Team on assigned projects
