How You Will Serve

-Design and develop mechanical solutions for field use
-Analyze system requirements and propose viable solutions
-Build and test prototypes, validating performance
-Collaborate on system integration and product optimization
-Support production team with design revisions
-Mentor interns and contribute to student initiatives
-Available for occasional travel to support ministry partners

Skills

Who You Are -Called to serve in missions -Skilled in analytical thinking and creative problem-solving -Proficient in CAD software (e.g., Inventor, SolidWorks) -Familiar Design Thinking (preferred) and basic electronics -Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams with a service mindset -Strong in verbal and written communication Requirements and Information -A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for the gospel -Committed to SonSet Solutions’ Statement of Faith -Full-time position, onsite in Elkhart, Indiana -Financial support-raising required for role (https://sonsetsolutions.org/mpd/)
