Founded in 2016 by Sheila Etonga Ngolesueh, C-Life is a mission-driven organization dedicated to transforming Africa through the development of servant leaders.
The Journey of Discovery
The Spark: The vision was born from Sheila’s travels in Kenya and a 2015 internship in South Sudan, where she witnessed the limits of international NGOs and the profound need for sustainable, local leadership.
The Question: Sheila wrestled with how the Church could lead in fighting corruption and poverty, leading to the realization that Africa needs leaders who fear God and act with integrity and professional excellence.
The Credentials: Combining an education from Dallas Theological Seminary with a background in International Business, Sheila launched C-Life to bridge the gap between faith and the marketplace.
The Impact
"Africa needs servant leaders who fear God and serve with integrity… these leaders prioritize their people's well-being over personal gain."
For the past eight years, C-Life has worked to equip marketplace leaders who hold their Christian identity as their primary guide. Supported by her family and a passion for God’s Word, Sheila and her team continue to lead C-Life in making a lasting impact, one servant leader at a time.
