Serve With Love in Uganda: Volunteer to Support Abandoned Pregnant Teens

Serve With Love in Uganda: Volunteer to Support Abandoned Pregnant Teens 💛“Serve with love, inspire with compassion”
Have you ever wanted your time abroad to actually change lives-including your own?
At The Dream Foundation of Uganda, we invite international interns and volunteers to join us for a life-changing experience in Kampala, Uganda. Our Elective International Placement (EIP) program combines meaningful volunteer work, cultural immersion, and the chance to explore the beauty of Africa.
And right now, we urgently need compassionate people to serve one of our most vulnerable groups: Abandoned Pregnant Teens.
Why This Project Matters
Too many teenage girls in Uganda are abandoned during pregnancy. They face stigma, no healthcare, no school, and no support.
As a volunteer, you won’t just “observe.” You will walk alongside these young women. You’ll provide friendship, mentorship, education, and hope. You’ll help teach life skills, prenatal health, and prepare them for a future where they and their babies can thrive.
This is more than volunteering. It’s being family when they need it most.
What Your EIP Experience Looks Like
Our program runs all year round. No minimum group required. Come solo or with friends.
You’ll be supported with:
Airport pickup + drop-off in Entebbe
Safe volunteer house with Wi-Fi, shared rooms, and caretaker
3 meals per day – Ugandan + international foods. Dietary needs accommodated
In-country transport + 24/7 support
Project guidance + cultural workshops
Visa support documents to help with your application
Program Fees start from $420/week + $70 registration fee. Stay for 1 week, 1 month, or 3 months — whatever fits your heart.
Not just service. Also adventure.
When your service days are done, Uganda is waiting.
Add a wildlife safari to see gorillas in Bwindi, the Big 5 in Queen Elizabeth NP, or raft the Nile in Jinja. We also offer cultural tours, the Equator, and community celebrations.
Other ways you can serve with us:
Education, Healthcare, Women’s Empowerment, Childcare, Farming & Goat Projects, Sanitary Pad Distribution, and more. 21 projects total.
You’ll leave with more than memories
