Haiti Country Director for Outside the Bowl

Outside the Bowl is seeking an individual to serve as our Haiti Country Director. This person will act as the in-country representative for OTB for the country of Haiti.

Where

Person will be based in Port au Prince but may travel throughout country as needed.

When

We need this person to start ASAP. The mission timeframe is undetermined and to be decided upon between individual and Outside the Bowl.

Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft office, ability to work well in difficult situations with limited resources, comfortable with photographic and video equipment (or willingness to learn), willing to travel within the country of Haiti as required, a basic understanding of business including accounting, marketing, and economics, a business degree a plus, a working command of the Creole or French language a plus

What We Will Do

Initiates and develops relationships within Haiti with individuals, organizations, schools, government, churches and missions for and on behalf of Outside the Bowl. Such relationships are based on: 1) Organizations that are able to become a Primary Partner with OTB.Global and work with OTB.Global in establishing a new Super Kitchen facility within a target area. Primary Partners will provide the necessary land and/or buildings to OTB. Global to house the Super Kitchen project. 2) Organizations that may be potential Beneficiary Partners with OTB.Global. Beneficiary Partners are organizations that will benefit from receiving meals from the OTB.Global Super Kitchen. 3) Organizations and/or individuals that may be Sponsors of feeding programs for OTB. Global and/or its Beneficiary partners.
