This Website is provided solely to connect individuals and donors with Christian organizations, businesses and missions around the world (collectively, the “Services”).  The Website offers an opportunity for organizations to display information about themselves, including photos and contact information. Individuals may visit the Website to obtain information about the organizations. Persons and organizations that access the Services are referred to collectively herein as “User(s)”, “Visitor(s)” or “you.

By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and represent that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Please read this Agreement carefully, as it contains information concerning your legal rights and limitations on these rights, as well as a section regarding applicable law and jurisdiction of disputes. Individuals who are Members may view the information supplied by organizations at no cost.   As a condition of your use of this Website, you warrant that (i) all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete, (ii) if you have a Mission Finder account, you will safeguard your account information and will supervise and be completely responsible for any use of your account by anyone other than you and (iii) you are 13 years of age or older in order to register for an account and contribute to our Website. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to this Website and the Services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.

As a Mission raising money through the Website, the online donation page you publish will be publicly available on the internet, for all to see, including search engines like Google and Yahoo. However, you can choose whether or not you would like your donation page’s activity, such as recent donations, published to the Mission Finder homepage. There are no private or hidden Mission Finder donation pages. Your activity will be public.
Individuals who donate to a Mission through the Website have the option to publicly display the donation for all to see, including search engines like Google and Yahoo. To hide a donation, including the donor’s name, comment and/or photo from other Visitors and search engines, simply click the “Private” checkbox during the donation process.
You are independently responsible for complying with all applicable laws in all of your actions related to your use of Mission Finder’s Services, regardless of the purpose of the use.
By using Mission Finder, Mission Users are representing and warranting that all donations received are being given and being used solely for the purpose(s) stated within the content of the User’s campaign. We reserve the right to provide information relating to your campaign with donors and beneficiaries of your campaign, and with law enforcement or to assist in any investigation.

What’s Not Allowed. Mission Finder relies on these Terms and Conditions as a guideline in the decision-making process to arrive at its long-standing right to remove any campaign at any time for any reason. Mission Finder will continue to reserve the right to amend its terms as it deems necessary to support the wide and varied use/cases it encounters on its growing platform. No single set of terms will ever encompass every possible variable and Mission Finder will always review questionable campaigns on a case-by-case basis, especially as additional information about campaigns becomes available. Finally, Mission Finder regularly considers information from law enforcement and government agencies to help determine what actions our team will take regarding questionable campaigns.

THIRD-PARTY ORGANIZATION CONTACT THROUGH MISSION FINDER

Mission Finder offers you the ability to search for, select, donate and raise funds with third-party organizations without leaving the Mission Finder site experience. By using this Mission Finder experience, you will become a Mission Finder member if you are not one already. As a Mission Finder member, you will be able to post experiences, reviews, participate in discussion forums, email Mission Finder Content to yourself and to others, access and receive members-only newsletters, and enter surveys, or fundraisers.

You agree that you will use this experience only to make legitimate donations or to raise funds for organizations, charities and non-profits that are legally entitled to such donated funds. Any false or fraudulent donation or fund raising is prohibited, and any user who attempts such will have his or her Mission Finder membership terminated.

If the Eye of a Needle Foundation Inc. is found liable for any loss or damage that arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of our Website or its Services, then the Eye of a Needle Foundation Inc.’ liabilities will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the fees earned by us giving rise to the claim, or (b) One Hundred Dollars (US $100.00).

The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms and Conditions is found to have failed its essential purpose.
