You will build and lead a team in developing and maintaining the marketing strategy for Cafe 1040, including social media outlets, web presence, branding and brand consistency, advertising, media relations, marketing materials, and promotional ideas. Using all tools available, you will develop a strategy for engaging with our target audiences—potential students, mission’s leaders and influencers, donors, and staff—and influencing their hearts toward the mission and vision of Cafe 1040.
You will focus our mobilization team’s efforts in lead acquisition and our development team’s initiatives in fine-tuning projects to engage our donor base. The Director of Marketing will discover and understand, through market research, the needs and wants of our target audience and help us strategize on how to meet those needs and wants.
Cafe 1040 is a community that believes the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is the single most significant event in the history of the world. But over 3 billion people have little to no access to this gospel. That’s 42% of the entire world’s population.
This reality fuels our mission to empower the next generation of missionaries to tell the story of Jesus in places it is not yet told.
