Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager contributes to the development of targeted marketing campaigns for various stakeholders. This person’s work is focused on providing cohesive and valuable marketing journeys and offers to chosen audiences, leading audiences to engage with our organization. He/She will work closely with the Creative Director, Director of Content Strategy, as well as key stakeholders across Digital Strategies teams within Cru. This person will be responsible to regularly report back on key learnings and make recommendations for future marketing campaigns and strategies. Future: They will supervise future digital marketing interns.

Coordinate the following supervisory responsibilities for potential digital marketing interns in accordance with the ministry’s policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What We Will Do

Assist in creating and preparing ideas, campaigns, and initiatives. Ability to facilitate brainstorming sessions with a variety of types of projects and people. Ability to use analytical knowledge of data to make decisions Execute digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, YouTube and Google AdWords from beginning to end. Create ”digital journeys” that will give users the chance to engage with our brand as well as chances to engage with spiritual opportunities. Knowledge of using digital ad buys to specific demographics. Help create and manage campaign-specific content on a variety of platforms. Work and create within the brand. Work within a given budget. Assist in project management. Oversee the Blog team and direction.
