How You Will Serve -Process and deposit donations, ensuring accurate record-keeping in QuickBooks -Generate and verify donor reports for various payment batches and schedules -Review, approve, and process expense reports and reimbursements -Manage credit card transactions and assign charges to appropriate accounts -Create purchase orders and coordinate approvals for recurring expenses -Oversee petty cash management and monthly reconciliation -Track and allocate departmental expenses and copy charges -Support financial reporting and maintain accurate donation records
