The successful candidate will support EKKLESIA in fundraising, resource mobilization, grant research and proposal development, donor and partner engagement, and development of sustainable institutional partnerships. The role will also contribute to digital communications, social media, organizational visibility, and other appropriate development activities. The position will work closely with EKKLESIA leadership to identify funding opportunities, develop quality proposals, maintain donor relationships, and strengthen the ministry’s long-term sustainability.

Fundraising; resource mobilization; grant research; grant writing and proposal development; donor engagement; partnership development; Christian nonprofit development; project development; communications; digital communications; social media management; research; report writing; networking; relationship management; basic IT and digital skills; organizational administration; project coordination; monitoring and evaluation; strong written and verbal communication; integrity; initiative; teamwork; and commitment to Christ-centered service. Experience working with Christian organizations, nonprofits, donors, foundations, or development partners is an advantage.
