Job Description Overview
As the Grad Engagement Coordinator, your job is to maintain contact with our graduates
after their completion of the post-field mentorship, participate on Partnership Committee,
and document graduate stories and progression after initial graduate steps have been
taken. You will work closely with Mobilizers as students transition from “post-field” to
“alumni” status and take their recommended next best step. You will develop, evaluate, and
maintain systems of keeping in touch with our alumni after they complete our program.
You will be a resource for alumni and staff in the areas of continued mobilization, partner
relationships, and available mobilization resources. You will also assist Mobilization
Leadership Team with coordinating reoccurring annual events and any special projects.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Mature Christian faith and agreement with Cafe 1040’s statement of faith and
Christian Community Policy - A passionate follower of Jesus Christ with a proven devotion to the habits necessary
to maintain a daily relationship with him - Reflect personal and public integrity in line with Biblical principles
- Possess a longing for the fulfillment of the Great Commission
- Value for developing others and seeing them as individuals
- Natural lean towards coaching and mobilization
- Patient and understanding for the unique characteristics of our target audience

- Proven ability to lead and motivate others
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Possesses high standards of excellence
- Proven ability to maturely communicate Biblical truth in small groups and
individual mentoring - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Patient and adaptable disposition to changing circumstances
