New Hope Uganda is seeking someone to lead our sponsorship department from our main office in Uganda.  The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, administrative, and communication skills, and be comfortable working with electronic databases.  Experience preferred in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.

This position would oversee and collaborate with our team of sponsorship and childcare staff, and oversee our communication to our sponsors, including letter-writing.  Must be passionate about our mission to bring the Fatherhood of God to the fatherless and ministry to needy children.
