Job Description Overview
Your job will be to provide operational and project-based support to the
International Team and Director. You will help with International Team projects,
tasks, and events that will further the mission of Cafe 1040. In order to assist and
resource our overseas missionaries and programs, you will manage various
business functions such as visa and residency processes, insurance policies, new
base planting, and overseeing international business operations.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Mature Christian faith and agreement with Cafe 1040’s statement of faith
• A passionate follower of Jesus Christ with a proven devotion to the habits
  necessary to maintain a daily relationship with him

  Specific Job Duties, Tasks, and Responsibilities
• Manage the operational infrastructure of our overseas missionaries through
  consultation with our overseas company and other entities
• Lead project-based improvements to our business platform to maximize our
  missionaries and programs
• Assist overseas teams in adapting to new business environments in an ever
  changing world
• Lead new base research projects specifically around business platform
  viability, visa options, and cost of living projections
• Manage, assist with, and research visa and residency processes to help our
  missionaries thrive for long term success
• Manage operational systems and infrastructure such as insurance coverages,
  cash flow, and employee transitions
• Aid with event planning for the International Team
• Support and uphold the policies, values, and statement of faith of Cafe 1040.
• Maintain sustainable funding levels for role through Cafe 1040 support-
  raising model.
• Actively take the opportunities to mobilize those people in the scope of your
  influence toward involvement and investment in the mission and vision of
  Cafe 1040.
