General Duties as North Star staff:
Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Devote yourself regularly to prayer and the study of God’s word.
Be prepared to deliver short devotions as needed during staff meetings.
Do all work as unto the Lord by maintaining appropriate punctuality, working habits, and demeanor
towards coworkers, staff, students, and camp clientele.
Communicate regularly and clearly with other staff members.
Conduct one-on-one and group discipleship with NSBS students as directed.
Be willing to take on other duties as assigned.
Kitchen Assistant:
Assist the Food Service Manager in all areas of work in the kitchen, including: food preparation, cooking,
serving, and kitchen clean-up.
Take the lead on some aspects of meal preparation as needed.
Assist the Food Service Manager in training student kitchen helpers as needed.
Assist all staff in general upkeep, cleanliness, and decoration of all common areas of camp
