• Prior experience in business, finance, accounting, education or agriculture would be beneficial.
• Though the clinic has a fully functioning team of medical professionals, medical experience would be highly valued.
• If a family with children, we strongly encourage applicants to be comfortable with homeschooling.

What We Will Do
Responsible for strategy, operations, logistics and oversight of current on-site ministries, programs, assets and providing administrative leadership. This oversite would include leadership of the on-site medical clinic but would also include the associated church, school, farm, and oil processing facility.
