How You Will Serve -Oversee facility maintenance and coordinate building operations -Manage receptionist duties and coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments -Develop and maintain emergency procedures and trainings -Coordinate international travel, communication protocols, and emergency procedures for staff trips -Oversee purchasing processes, receiving operations, and complex international shipping logistics -Schedule and coordinate recurring organizational functions including staff devotions, staff meetings, and event emcees -Support volunteer management across various departments and skill levels -Collaborate with team leaders to optimize workflow and resource allocation
