Skills
Agreement with AFI’s statement of faith and biblical principles.Demonstrated experience in fundraising, development, or sales, preferably within a mission or faith-based organization.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.Deep passion for AFI’s mission as an international mission sending agency.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with donor management software is a plus.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
What We Will Do
Develop and execute fundraising plan s and strategies. Identify potential donors. Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors. Plan/participate in fundraising activities, etc. Write/prepare donor communications, etc. .Maintain records of donor interactions and contributions.Stay current with nonprofit fundraising best practices and regulations.
