Partner Coordinator

Partner Coordinator:
The H2T Partner and Coaches Coordinator would oversee the leadership development of our
partners. They would oversee the trainings, coaching, launching of new leadership groups to
help multiply the vision of H2T.
Job activities would include:
• Overseeing our International Partner, Missions Coaches and Trainers
• Coordinating training events for each of the partner roles
• Coaching each partner through their leadership development
• Launch new coaches
• Launch new trainers
• Communicate with all international partners

When

Part-Time: 5-10 hours weekly as the ministry grows and the partners increase
