KISC, and this position within the school, has a strategic role in the work being undertaken in this beautiful country. All of our expat staff are volunteers. We cover all visa costs, provide initial language learning and ongoing professional teaching development. For those who commit to staying two or more years we provide the following support: those with children receive a free child place; those without children receive the equivalent value support in the form of a living allowance (sufficient to live in Kathmandu), return airfares from your home country and school lunches.
