Disaster Relief Lumberton, NC

Hands on Missions will travel to Lumberton, NC to perform rebuild on homes devastated by the hurricanes and storms in recent years. We will be working with the NC Baptist Men’s Rebuild Center to assist families rebuild their lives after these storms. The costs associated with this trip is $100.00 which includes transportation, room and meals. Accommodations are available for women also. We can accommodate up to 12 persons.

What We Will Do

Hurricane Helene struck the Western part of North Carolina in October of 2024 and since then Hands on Missions has partnered with local churches and Samaritan’s Purse to provide assistance in the rebuild of homes in the aftermath. Much of the help that people need is simply encouragement and a hand in cleaning up their properties. We are connected with families in the outskirts of Asheville, NC. If you are willing to join in the effort to help for a day, please contact us. Dates vary based on need and availability of volunteers. We have teams that go throughout the week and the weekend so dates can be flexible as well. There is no cost for you other than food you may need throughout the day.
