Group Catholic Workcamps is led by trained Catholic youth ministry professionals, Capuchin Franciscan brothers and priests. All programming is designed to connect your teenagers’ service and justice activities to their relationship with Jesus.

At Group Catholic Workcamps, up to 400 participants enjoy high-impact, interactive programs that incorporate games, music, Scripture, video, drama, hands-on activities, prayer, liturgies, and the Sacrament of Reconciliation.

You will be assigned to specific neighborhoods that are in great need for home repairs. Projects include painting, constructing ramps and porches, and minor interior repairs.

Our Partner

“We just want to help the community!” That’s how our conversation started with this amazing governmental organization that is working hard to keep the residents of Topeka and the surrounding area in their homes. Safe, healthy, affordable, sustained homes are the goal and we are fortunate to help them accomplish this.

They have a long view of how to help their community. Additionally, they offer personal empowerment, food pantries, neighborhood improvement, grant application, and budget management programs for residents. Residents are encouraged and supported to engage in their neighborhood and the greater community. It’s a well-rounded program, and our involvement is instrumental to their overall goals.
