All Nations Disciples International (ANDI) was founded by Pastor Ramsey Paye Willie in response to a powerful call during a rural outreach and discipleship campaign. Seeing the deep need for evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development among unreached communities, ANDI was officially established and is registered with the Government of Liberia. The ministry focuses on church planting, literacy training, healing and deliverance, and equipping indigenous leaders. ANDI continues to work with local and international partners to spread the gospel and transform lives across Liberia and beyond.

Our History

All Nations Disciples International (ANDI) was founded by Pastor Ramsey Paye Willie in response to a powerful call during a rural outreach and discipleship campaign. Our Mission

To recruit, train, and deploy church leaders and youth to evangelize the unreached, disciple believers, and plant churches—transforming communities through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

What We Do

All Nations Disciples International (ANDI) is dedicated to reaching unreached and underserved communities throughout Liberia and West Africa with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. We recruit, train, and deploy church leaders and youth, mobilizing them to conduct focused evangelism outreach every last Saturday of the month. Through these efforts, ANDI actively plants indigenous, Christ-centered churches that serve as vibrant hubs for spiritual growth and community transformation.

Beyond evangelism, ANDI equips believers through comprehensive discipleship programs and literacy training, empowering individuals to read, understand, and live out God’s Word in their native languages. We place strong emphasis on raising local leaders who carry forward the vision of sustainable ministry within their communities.

With a commitment to integrity, transparency, and partnership, ANDI collaborates with both local churches and international ministries to expand its reach and deepen its impact. Our holistic approach addresses spiritual, educational, and social needs, fostering lasting change that honors God and uplifts communities.
