Christ's Victory Centre is a registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) established in September 2009 by refugees from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) living in Githurai 45, on the outskirts of Nairobi. In response to the challenges facing refugees, internally displaced persons (IDPs), and extremely poor families in the city, CVC adopts an initiative-based approach to provide education and livelihood support to more than 400 children and their mothers. The organization’s circulative system promotes sustainability and contributes to the long-term development of peaceful, self-reliant, and prosperous communities.
