eQuip&Focus begun as a simple is online platform focusing on innovative missionary work; the leading target group was young missionaries passionate about innovation to elevate humanity.
Its humble beginning is traced to a Young man, Br. Victor. He was a peculiar missionary. With a knack for art, music, and innovation, he is a jack-of-all-trades and a master of none. His eccentric personality made him an outcast among his peers, and even the children he tried to minister to often found him more of a curiosity than a source of spiritual guidance. As he traveled the world, alone and unaccompanied, he realized that his unique gifts were better suited for a different mission.
He turned to the life of Paul, the Apostle, and was struck by the similarities between their multifaceted personalities and unconventional approaches to ministry, like Paul, Br. Victor saw the importance of adapting to diverse cultures and circumstances while remaining faithful to the Gospel. This epiphany led him to embark on a new journey that combined his love for the arts, sports, and music with his deep-seated desire to spread the Good News.
Br. Victor began training young people with unique personalities and diverse talents, equipping them with the skills they needed to become successful missionaries, inventors, and entrepreneurs. He understood that reaching people’s minds, bodies, and wallets was just as important as getting their souls and that addressing their physical and economic needs would make them more receptive to the message of salvation.
Under his guidance, these young men and women became known as the “Brovitarian Missionaries.” They travel the world, bringing with them the Good News of Jesus Christ and innovative solutions to some of the most pressing problems facing their communities.
At the same time, they continue to spread the Gospel through music, art, and innovation, reaching people who might otherwise have been resistant to traditional forms of evangelism. Their holistic and sustainable approach addresses the physical, mental, economic, and spiritual needs of those they serve.
