After traveling nearly a million miles to more than 75 countries as a Christian conference speaker, our founder, Wayne Lawhorn, realized ministries needed a travel advocate. He found that few travel agents truly understood, nor met the needs of mission travelers, so he created FTI in 1982. We now work with hundreds of organizations around the world. We strive to be a one-stop-shop for our clients, offering value-added services, including: individual & group flights, custom tours, volunteer projects, ground transportation & travel insurance.

FTI offers discount international flights for individual missionaries & short-term mission teams. We hold private non-profit contracts with 30+ international airlines that enable us to offer both discounted airfare & flexible terms.
