Uganda’s 17 million children under the age of 18, more than half are in vulnerable situations that require external support. An estimated 11 percent of all Ugandan children are orphans. Such conditions negatively affect the health, skills development and nutrition of these children, jeopardizing their chances for a prosperous future. Hope Empowers Ministry delivers multiple programs to prevent violence against children and youth in homes, schools, and communities and to improve medical and law enforcement response to identified cases of violence.

Our History

Hope Empowers Ministry delivers multiple programs to prevent violence against children and youth in homes, schools, and communities and to improve medical and law enforcement response to identified cases of violence.

Our Mission

Our mission and our passion, is to serve at-risk youth, young adult in our communities, by providing an opportunity for our youth to gather, Leam and share in a safe supportive environment.It is our belief that a faltering family environment, reduced community involvement peer pressure .

hope empowers community center provide exceptional enrichment and leadership development opportunities to youth in Uganda. We offer youth an opportunity to create and mold their own unique experiences through our wide range of educational and leadership activities. We see the true power that our youth hold, and we make this program our mission to transform them into natural born leaders, ready to take on the world.

Our Values

Stewardship:
We believe that God is the owner of who we are and all we possess; we embrace His mandate to consistently honor Him with our financial provision and personal gifts of service. (Psalm 104:24)
Community:
We recognize that, while living in a fallen world, we are called to live in Christian community consistently abiding in the Great Commandment, loving God and reflecting His unconditional love to our neighbor. (Acts 2:43-47)
Prayer:
We acknowledge the primacy and priority of prayer both individually and corporately, constantly seeking God’s will and the leading of the Holy Spirit in everything. (Philippians 4:6)

What We Do

God is the pilar of all we do at Hope Empowers community center and we strive to empower the lives of youth in our community through our variety of programs. Our Sports Facilities is designed to provide youth & young adults with all the tools they need to be great leaders. We are happy to be the driving force behind the development of our children, and hope to continue making a difference in their lives.

Also we give guidance to help our young people and youth to reach their fullest potential through a wide range of services. We care about our children, and provide them with a number of enrichment programs to help shape their identity. Our Camps provides our youth the chance to get involved in the community and meet new and exciting faces from all walks of life. Come experience it for yourself today!
