Hope Project International

Than and Megan Graffam founded Hope Project International after 10 years of experience as full time Children’s Pastors. Both have international missions experience through short term trips starting in 1999. Through those trips they saw the need for people to come alongside of missionaries and existing programs to bring help to kids who desperately need it.

With their hearts full of compassion and vision they started Hope Project International in April of 2013. Hope Project takes several short term trips to Nicaragua, Guatemala, Ethiopia and Southeast Asia each year. On these trips we build homes for families in need, deliver much needed supplies to partner organizations and participate in the in-country programs that we support.

Since October, 2013 Hope Project has built more than 250 homes, delivered over 10,000 pounds of supplies and provided the funds for more than 500,000 meals for children and families. It’s amazing to see the transformation of lives through these efforts. Hope Project also helps children in many ways in the areas of Nutrition, Education, Shelter and Spiritual Development.

Our Mission

We help kids in the areas of nutrition, education, shelter, and spiritual development around the world.

Nutrition – It’s hard to hear that you are loved over the rumble of an empty belly. Hope Project provides more than 10,000 meals a month for children who live in food-insecure homes.

Education – Hope Project is committed to ending the cycle of poverty in the communities that we serve. Giving a child the opportunity of education is one of the strategies we use.

Shelter – We believe every child deserves a safe place to sleep at night. Hope Project builds homes for families in need of a safe, stable structure.

Spiritual – We believe there’s more to a child than just their physical needs, thats why we partner with national pastors, Christian leaders, and missionaries in the countries where we help children.
