International Christian Consulate

Founded in Autumn 2015, the International Christian Consulate (ICC) has already impacted the lives of many Christians escaping faith-based persecution, as well as advocating on their behalf.

Supporting and discipling persecuted Christians is the primary function of the organisation, however, other work includes advocating on their behalf in the European and UK governments.

Since the takeover of Afghanistan by the Taliban, ICC has been supporting persecuted Afghan Christians in various countries, in addition to the support we provide to other Christian refugees in Greece.

Our Mission

Representing the Kingdom of God and its citizens, in a hostile world, and growing strong disciples of Christ who can stand firm in the face of trials and persecution.

Our Values

Discipleship through relationship.
Growth as disciples of Christ.
Quality not quantity.
Unity and community.
Obedience as a love response and evidence of faith.
Salvation by grace through faith, not by works.
Producing the fruits of the Spirit.

What We Do

Safe housing of Christian refugees in Greece.
Long-haul discipleship of persecuted Christians, in Greece (in-person) and in other places of persecution (remote).
Practical aid and support for those in need.
Facilitating growth as a Christian community and fellowship for believers who have escaped, or who continue to endure, persecution because of their faith.
Supporting believers who have asylum seeker/refugee status in Greece, to rebuild their lives and to grow into strong disciples of Christ.
