Our History

Since 2018, Nandi Adventures has been creating extra-ordinary safari and tour experiences for our guests on a journey of discovery in Uganda. As local safari experts, we have combined experience of over 20 years’ experience tourism, mission travel and support, and media in Uganda.

Our journey in travel started with our founder’s student years in mission retreats, and later working with student ministries in Uganda and Kenya. We have built on that experience and that of our team to build safari and tour company.

Building on that foundation, Kwezi Outdoors today crafts itineraries that give guests a unique safari experience, and leave a lasting positive life-chaning impact on the communities where we travel. One of the ways we achieve this is to keep our safari groups small to minimize the impact on the environment. We also work with locals so some of the benefits of your travel can benefit families and communities. Through such practices, we believe we can have not only sustainable travel, but responsible and respectful engagements.

Kwezi Outdoors is licensed by the Government of Uganda through the Uganda Tourism Board to act as a tour operator. We are also is a member of the Association of Uganda Tour Operators, and registered with IATA.
