Our History

Light of Hope Orphans Care Organization is a registered community-based and non-profit organization in Uganda. The Organization was founded in the year 2013, by Mugulusi Geoffrey together with other like minded individuals with the aim to provide care and support for orphans, vulnerable children and children who come from families that are affected by HIV/AIDS epidemic and extreme poverty in Uganda.

We are a Christ-Centered and Christian charity organization founded on Born Again Faith foundation.

The children that we serve often live in suffering without access to education and basic needs of life and these children truly need help.

Our vision is to achieve self-reliance and sustainable development for orphans and vulnerable children through capacity building.

We are located in Buwenge Town Council, Jinja district, Uganda. We welcome Christians; children sponsors, donors and good Samaritans to join us to change the lives of the children that we serve.
