Love Of Vietnam Expressed, Inc. (L.O.V.E.), is a Christian social service/relief mission. The work began in 1981, serving Vietnamese, Cambodian, and Laotian immigrants arriving into the Pensacola, Florida area. L.O.V.E. (called “S. E. Asian Ministries” at that time) sponsored many families into the Pensacola area, working with many different churches to resettle Southeast Asian refugees.
We serve families in Thang Binh, Dai Loc, Thanh Quyt, and Hoi An areas of Quang Nam Providence and all Districts of Da Nang proving assistance to over 300 children through sponsorships and scholarships. This provides school fees, books, paper, pens, pencils, clothes and food. Most are in elementary school and all are from very poor families. They are referred to L.O.V.E. by the schools, SCP, local governments, and local churches. Each child is monitored as to health, attendance, behavior, and effort.
