God’s Word is life giving.

By it the oppressed are liberated, the lost are reconciled. Yet over one billion people are still without a Bible in their language.

The good news is that God became man. Jesus was the first translation. And through God’s Word, all people can intimately know Him and His gracious gifts of freedom, mercy and hope. God is at work today. With an urgency no one could manufacture, He is recovering, restoring and redeeming His people. We are grateful He’s invited us to join Him.

The Seed Company, a Wycliffe Bible Translators affiliate, is working to accelerate the pace of Bible translation among remaining Bibleless people groups. We work with locally led translation teams, church leaders and like-minded organizations — more than 1,200 global partners in all. As a result, heart-language Scriptures become available faster in written, oral, Sign and digital formats — leading to church planting, evangelism and discipleship. Our goal is to see God’s Word transform lives in every language, in this generation.

We are humbled to be a small part of this great story. But this story isn’t about us. This is God’s story. It’s all about Him and how He is bringing all nations to the light of Jesus Christ.
