Tuleane Afrika is a Community Based Organization (CBO) founded in 2012, dedicated to supporting children with Intellectual Disability and Autism in Nairobi and Kiambu counties. We work to create awareness and acceptance, and champion educational advocacy and access to inclusive opportunities. Our multifaceted approach includes creating job and internship spaces, promoting community participation through sports, and empowering parents through involvement and support. We provide behavior management training for educators and advocate for accessible education, and address the challenges faced by children such as stigma, isolation, and sexual exploitation. We are committed to social protection and mainstreaming disability, ensuring that children with Intellectual Disability and Autism are valued, protected, and fully included in all aspects of society.

To provide holistic support to children with Intellectual Disability and Autism and their families in Nairobi and Kiambu counties, encompassing education, social inclusion, economic empowerment, and protection, ensuring they live fulfilling and dignified lives.
