Use your passion for classical education on the African continent. Lead a PreK-12 school in Africa with the Rafiki Foundation, engaging the hearts and minds of orphaned and impoverished African youth and teaching them to love what is true, good, and beautiful.
As a Head of School in one of our ten Rafiki schools in Africa, you will train African teachers using the Rafiki classical Christian education curriculum, and help provide life-changing education to 300-500 African students. You will also help indigenous African heads of school and teachers to implement Rafiki’s education system in their own schools.

Skills

• A follower of Christ whose life exhibits the good works and fruit of the spirit which accompany salvation • At least a bachelor’s degree in an education-related field and passion for classical learning • A willingness to raise funds and teach/train in any one of Rafiki’s ten schools • The successful completion of missionary training at the Rafiki Home Office in Eustis, Florida • Agreement with Rafiki’s Missionary “I Wills” and Statement of Faith
