The main community H4KI serves is in Sonyota, Mexico. Sonyota is a small town just past the border between Arizona and Mexico. H4KI partner’s with a local minsitry there called Serna’s House of Hope. They a church community that has been feeding children, orphans, widows, the homeless, and hungry members of the community since 1966. Every summer, the church invites children from all around Sonoyta, Mexico, to bless them with a Vacation Bible School. We’ve been excited to help renovate their facilities with construction projects as well as spend time playing with the kids and getting to know everyone in this welcoming community.

On our mission trips, we have helped renovate facilities with construction projects, cooked and served food to the church family, spent time playing with the kids and getting to know everyone in this welcoming community.
What We Will Do
On a mission trip to Mexico, you’ll have the opportunity to serve in a number of different areas, including, cooking and serving food to children and the local church family, playing sports and games with kids, training and encouraging pastors and the local church family, delivering hygiene kits, food, school supplies, and other necessities, helping with construction projects, distributing Dress a Girl dresses, attending church and local church events, and encouraging kids at schools or in their community. Each trip is unique and supports our long term partners and programs.
