What We Do

Mission Training International’s (MTI) mission is to serve churches and other sending organizations by developing and equipping their long-term cross-cultural messengers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. MTI’s vision is to see
cross-cultural messengers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ experience effectiveness, endurance and personal vitality. MTI accomplishes this through two main programs: their Pre-Field Training (Compass) and their Debriefing & Renewal (DAR). MTI also offers additional developmental opportunities, known as catalytic gatherings. Examples of these include Mental Health and Missions (MHM) and the International Congress on Language Learning (ICLL).
