The Life Assignment Coaching and Consulting, LLC was founded by Sheila Frazer of Edison, New Jersey, out of a deeply personal journey of faith, healing, and transformation. After an 11-year relationship and the birth of four children, Sheila experienced the devastating discovery that her husband had been living a double life, engaging in multiple same-sex affairs while both were actively involved in church ministry. The betrayal shattered her sense of identity, trust, and purpose, leaving her to navigate the complex realities of trauma, loss, and restoration.
Through years of prayer, personal growth, biblical study, and healing, Sheila experienced God's redemptive work in her life. What began as profound personal pain became a calling to serve others. Nearly three decades later, she authored Becoming REAL: My Journey to Wholeness, sharing her story as a testimony of God's power to restore, heal, and transform broken lives.
Today, The Life Assignment Coaching and Consulting exists to help individuals move from pain to purpose through coaching, counseling, leadership development, and faith-based personal growth programs. The organization is particularly committed to serving women, faith leaders, and those navigating betrayal trauma, helping them embrace healing, wholeness, and the freedom to become all God has called them to be. Through speaking, coaching, training, and community initiatives, TLA seeks to break the silence surrounding hidden struggles and offer hope, restoration, and practical pathways toward lasting transformation.
