Summer internships are during June and July when most colleges are on break since most of our interns are usually between 18-25. Atlanta Summer Internship Dates June 2nd – July 31st, 2018 – Cost – $995 Houston Summer Internship Dates June 4th – July 3oth, 2018 – Cost – $1200  

What We Will Do

GFM Summer Interns will spend their time working alongside full-time missionaries and local ethnic churches as they are mentored in cross-cultural missions work. They will help meet felt needs in the community, Teach ESL, serve alongside indigenous believers, prayer walk the community, meet new friends, get invited into homes to share meals, stories, etc. and present the Good News of Jesus which we pray leads to Discovery Bible Studies, discipleship relationships, etc. It is a great way to get some cross-cultural missions experience without leaving the country and for those that want an authentic experience serving among unreached people groups without the expense involved in going to the other side of the globe. We also do a lot of training with our interns teaching them cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, how to share your faith with people from other religions and worldviews, discipleship principles, and other principles that we hope they continue walking out way beyond their internship. This is great opportunity for those wanting to get their feet wet in missions and try it out for a summer.
