Despite its breathtaking beauty, the deteriorating economy and unforgiving droughts of Zimbabwe make it a difficult place to thrive. Many children in Zimbabwe are in need of a safe, nurturing environment in which their most basic needs are consistently met. Unmet needs within the church and in the community make it a nation ripe to receive the HOPE of the gospel.

 

Where

The Domboshava Children’s Home and Rugare Orphan Care provide care for nearly 50 children. The ministries support growth, education, and wellness as the children have the opportunity to grow up in a safe environment where their most basic needs are met.

Skills

Before your trip, we will work together to learn about your group and prepare you to have a significant impact during your missions experience. On your trip, you will be greeted by our friendly staff as you arrive in Zimbabwe; they will guide you through the week, attending to you as you serve the people of Zimbabwe. No skills are needed to serve, but we welcome people with specific skills as well: medical, educational, construction, etc.

What We Will Do

Bold Hope invites you to join us on a mission trip to Zimbabwe as we serve through the local church and build relationships, learn about the culture, and join ongoing ministries. This service trip offers a unique opportunity to connect on a personal level with the wonderful people of Zimbabwe. Service opportunities include Children and youth programs, community projects, orphan care, prayer walks, construction, church program’s and monitorship/discipleship. Custom mission trips available upon request.
