Edge Impact’s focus is on youth ministry to develop, inspire, encourage, teach, disciple, establish hope and create a vision in the hearts of young people. Edge Impact seeks to teach young people life skills. Teach them how to be an entrepreneur. Edge Impact gives teens opportunities they otherwise may never have had.
Raymond Desiderio, our founder, has owned and operated an established Contracting Company for over 25 years. He has worked with local teens, youth programs and inner city youth for over 15 years.
He studied at PBU, Rutgers and has an Associate Degree from Somerset Christian College in Biblical Studies. Studies abroad in Italy, Israel and Egypt. He has traveled and set up various missions trips both locally and in over 10 other countries.
