San Diego FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) is touching millions of lives…one heart at a time. As the largest Christian sports ministry in America, FCA focuses on serving local communities by equipping, empowering, and encouraging people to make a difference for Christ.
Since 1954, The Fellowship of Christian Athletes has been challenging coaches and athletes on the professional, college, high school, junior high and youth levels to use the powerful medium of athletics to impact the world for Jesus Christ.
To present to coaches and athletes, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships and in the fellowship of the church.

The coaches’ ministry focuses on ministering to the heart of the coach first, and then through the coaches. Coaches are the heart of FCA. Our vision is to see coaches transformed who then by their coaches bring transformation to the people of sport. We desire to see biblical coaches who are Christians who happen to coach, rather than just coaches who happen to be Christians.
The Campus ministry is a certified ministry that is initiated and led by student-athletes, sponsored by coaches, supported by staff, and established on junior high, high school, and college campuses. The school campus can be one of the most strategic mission fields with many youth passing through this portal. We focus on equipping, enabling, empowering, and encouraging student-athletes, coaches, and adult leaders to impact and influence their campus for Christ.
The FCA Camps are certified events that use the annual theme and scripture for athletes and coaches to develop athletic skills create influential relationships and encounter Jesus Christ. We provide athletes and coaches the opportunity to reach their God-given potential by offering comprehensive athletic, spiritual and leadership training in a camp environment.
The community ministry is the off-campus opportunities to reach coaches and athletes through the club and recreation sport environment. With the majority of athletes playing sports in the community FCA is ministering to the club, recreational, and youth sports teams with the goal of establishing on-going ministry for coaches and athletes to compete for Jesus Christ with character, passion and excellence.
FCA is a Christian ministry that uses the 4 C’s to present the gospel. On Campuses, FCA provides weekly bible studies/devotions to coaches and student athletes on campuses. Camps and clinics use an annual theme and scripture for athletes and coaches to develop athletic skills, create influential relationships and encounter Jesus Christ. FCA Coaches Ministry is the ministry program to coaches through huddles, events, training and resources. Through Community, adults can get involved by volunteering at events, serve on staff boards and serving in a variety of ways.
