Foundations For Nations

Foundations For Nations is a Christian ministry that brings the Gospel to the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. We bring the love and hope of Jesus Christ to the Northern Arapaho and Eastern Shoshone Indians. Our desire is to see each person have a relationship with God, be ignited to reach people with the good news about Jesus, and work together to impact communities.

Our History

Foundations For Nations (FFN) has been bringing the Gospel to the Wind River Reservation for 5 years now.

Our Mission

Loving God. Reaching People. Impacting Communities. Foundations For Nations is a multi-cultural, multi-generational church made up of people from all different backgrounds. Our desire is to see each person have a relationship with God, be ignited to reach people with the good news about Jesus, and work together to impact communities.

Our Values

We believe that Foundations For Nations was designed by God to show the love of God to the Native Americans in this area. We believe all of the answers to life’s problems, no matter the culture, are found in God’s Word. We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and the final authority and standard by which we should live (1 Tim. 3:16). We believe that love sums up the law. We need to love God with all that we are and love our neighbors as ourselves (Mt. 22:37-39). By our love will they know that we are His disciples (John 13:35).

What We Do

FFN uses creative ways to impact the community on the reservation. We are a church that operates a food pantry and clothing closet. We have normal church service, Bible studies, youth group, summer programming, and many small groups. Mission teams that come to partner with us get to interact with the Native Americans in many ways. We do food distributions, clothing distributions, construction projects, and other outreaches to the community. During the summer we do Vacation Bible School three days a week all through the summer.
